WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY!

Just got home from a little shopping, since the weather it is so beautiful today it is so good to be out. My bana is working at home, and since he went to the field to check something, he dropped me off to the nearest mall where he can easily pick me up. I was in the mall for almost 2 hours, they have good sales, but unluckily I couldn't find my size, they are all too big for me. I called my bana when I got bored and asked him to pick me up. At 2:00 p.m. we met our realtor to look at another house, but we didn't like it that much, we still stick the one that we put an offer to. The house owner needs at least 5 days to think if he gonna accept our offer. We offered $5,000 less on it, babe told me if ever we gonna buy the said house, I have to give up my rice coz he couldn't afford to buy a 25lbs of rice every 2 months. I can barely imagine what I would be like w/o eating rice, ( mura na gyod ko ani ug butiking anaemic pweeehhh!) Anyway we took Megan w/us yesterday inorder for her to see the house as well, and she really liked it a lot, in fact she took a lot of pictures of it. Our realtor noticed that I wasn't that excited about the house, so he asked me why? I replied that I wasn't really happy about the price. So before Babe signed all the documents, Megan suggested that maybe we need to talk about it privately. The thing he is concern is me liking the house, because it will be my house too as he said. What I told him if we gonna buy the house, I want to maintain the cleanliness, so he called his daughter and discussed it w/her what I want. I told Megan that cleanliness is very important, because if we turn around and sell it someday, then the house will be still in a good shape. I don't want her to think that am being fussy, the good thing is she understood, and her Dad told her to obey the rules in the house since she is living for free. After we all done with our realtor, Babe drove me to look at his old house, and all I could say was, oh! my GOD it was so wasted, but we can do nothing about it. When we were at the Noodle's and Company having our dinner, Megan reminded her Dad about her encouragement words, during the time when my bana was depressed about losing his house. Megan said, "See Dad I was right for telling you before that you will be ok and soon you can buy a new house" My bana's answered were...."Oh Yeah! thanks to my wife who is not a high maintenance and he added that he couldn't imagine if he married a Ukrainian woman, he might got divorced again and left nothing by now. Megan told him that he made the right choice for marrying me, I smiled to them and thanking my bana for being such a wonderful husband to me. Megan said one more thing about us, that she could really tell that we are so in love to each other, and thank me for loving and taking care of her Dad. Then she started telling us about her new guy in her life, we gonna meet her new BF this coming Saturday, we gonna have dinner with her new guy. I am praying that she could find a good guy and that her relationship works out.
