Babe just called from work and asking me to get ready, coz we are going to meet the house owner. We saw this house yesterday, that we both fell in love with, it is nice to both of us. Houses in Arvada it's really expensive, if we could only live around Aurora or Commerce City, the houses in these 2 cities are way cheaper than here. You can get a crappy house with the price of $250,000 0r $300,000 house in Arvada w/c is rediculous. The house that we both like isn't really beautiful, it is just average looking house for $300,000 that's why we gonna try to put an offer, if the owner takes it, lucky for us, and if it's not, I guess our hunt won't be ended. On the other hand I am trying to ask my bana to forget about that house, but he do like it so much because it is similar from his old house that he lost from his divorced. To me it is too way expensive, all I want is just a Condo, but Babe woudn't agree to it. He will be upset for sure if the owner won't take our offer, because I can tell he likes the house that much. To me, it's really ok if we don't get it, because as I said I really want a cheaper house. I told babe good luck to him, and he said that I should say good luck to us, he never knew that I don't really agree to pay that amount, but am not the one paying so I shut my mouth.
