Our realtor called us last night informing us that the house owner already made a final decision. Unluckily the seller turned down our offer, but Babe still decided to buy the house. I am not really happy about his decision to buy it, but it wouldn't be fair for him if I objected what he wants. So we go for it, with the final price that the seller wanted. The house still not in our hands, even though we already made a final deposit in it. Only God knows if the house is really for us, that's why for now I don't want to say that we really own it, not until we move in. According to our realtor the closing date will be on June 2nd. If god willing, we might gonna move in by July or August, as what I said it's not yet final. Ayaw kung magsalita ng patapos, no one knows that there might be any changes of the plan.
