A LITTLE CELEBRATION

We had a little birthday celebration tonight. Our friend (hubby's Co-worker) was celebrating his birthday today. He didn't have any idea, all he knew that he was coming with other work mates to play Ping Pong and pool. When he arrived, my husband handed him a gift card, and he was surprised. He didn't know that we remembered his birthday, and he did appreciate it. To me thoughts that counts always, to be remembered by friends is such a big credit. My husband and I have so many things in common, especially when it comes to friends. We like to make our friends happy, especially the real ones, CHARING! He also have the attitude, when a friend of him betrays him once, his trust will completely gone, and he wouldn't like to talk that person again.

Anyway, as for our dinner, I made some Curry Chicken, Chicken Rise Casserole with Veggies, Tuna Spaghetti, Beef Soup and Skin Bake Potatoes. I followed the recipes online, and thanks God isn't that bad I guess because they like it. As for our dessert, I made some puto cheese, and hubby bought a German Chocolate cake for the b-day celebrant, his favorite cake ever. I only used Chicken and Beef, coz one of them wouldn't eat Pork as he is Turkish. We still have lots of left over, and they said they would like to take some for home. So I get everything ready, am just waiting for them to finish playing.

I kind of sleepy right now, luckily I don't have to work tomorrow. I work for a few hours today, when I came home I started cooking right away. I will be back to work on Friday and Saturday.

I can't resist anymore, my eyelids are getting heavier I do need to lie down. Night Comrades!
