NEW YEAR's EVE DINNER

A simple dinner for a simple person


Just got back from dinner, though it was a very simple dinner we had tonight I was still very full. We decided not to go to a New Year Party because my husband has to work and we don't want to drive in a rush hour traffic. The party is in Commerce City and most of my closest friends were not going coz they had a family event. Early in the morning we planned to go to the restaurant in Golden which we celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary. While I was alone at home I was thinking that restaurant is very pricey. When my husband came home from work in the evening I suggested if we can just go to Carrabba's Italian Resto. He smiled at me, he knew what's the reason of my sudden changed. When we got at the Carrabba's oh my! the line was too long and we have to wait for 45 minutes. I suggested of going to Apple Bees since it was the only resto that it wasn't crowded. And to be honest I am so full and happy coz we only spent half of what we are going to spend if we eat at Carrabba's. We had a very simple dinner, but most importantly we were together and enjoyed each other's company on New Year's Eve.
