TONIGHT's DINNER

I just finished cooking for our dinner tonight. I made some penne with chicken and sun dried tomatoes for my husband, while I have a tinolang isda (fish soup with veggies) Yesterday I was thinking to cook mung beans with silvery dried fish, for dinner tonight. But I changed my mind after seeing my kumadre's tinolang isda yesterday. My mouth waters thinking about it, so I decided to cook the said dish tonight, since I have a lot of fish in the freezer. Sorry Mads, I am a copy cat.....heheheheh!
For tomorrow's dinner I wanna cook my bitter melon with eggs and shrimp paste, because I noticed that bitter melon can't keep for so long. Hmmmmp I can't wait to eat right now, but I have to wait for my bana so that we can eat together. I should go for now, I still have one thing to do. I remembered that I haven't finished packing my friend's dried fish. I need to pack it so that my bana can take it to the post office tomorrow. To my friend, your dried fish will start swimming tomorrow. CHAR!
