STILL WAITING

Babe and I couldn't hardly sleep at night thinking about the house we had looked at yesterday. The first house that we both liked, we still didn't get a reply from the owner if he is willing to fix the 3 major deffeciences. Our realtor suggested that while waiting for the owner's answer we should have some back up plan. So yesterday we went to see another house, and it's really beautiful inside. I like the kitchen and the basement, but it's in the middle of complication, because it is a short sale house. Short sale means it's a bank own, since the owner couldn't afford to pay their debts. So we have to negotiate with the 2 banks company and it's very complicated. Babe was asking me yesterday if I want him to put a deposit on this house, but we have to give up the first house. What I suggest to him, is to wait for the result about the first house, before going to the next one, coz I don't want to lose both. There's no guarantee that we gonna get the second one, since they are putting now on auction. The house price might go up to $350,000 since there are people who are already start bidding. We are still looking some houses for now, until we get a final result from the owner of the first house that we like. I don't really know what will happen for the next 2 weeks.

That's all I can share for today, I have to do my daily chores now, after am gonna finish my packaging, I have to spray some weeds killer in the yard. But since am kind of hungry now, I think I have to go eat first. I have some leftover dried squid from last night, that Zim gave me. Hmmmp thinking about it, my mouth really waters. BABOOOOO!
