We just got home, Babe took me straight to Rose Garden for dinner right after we finished the house inspect. I was really famished, I didn't know that the inspection would lasted that long. It took for more than 3 hours for the house inspector to do everything. We've found at least 3 major deficiencies about the house that need serious attention for the seller. So our realtor needs to negotiate with the seller again. With the price of the house owner was asking, it is his responsiblity to fix those major things that really needs fixing. Babe was telling me it is so sad to let go of the house, but he doesn't want to spend another $5,000 to $10,000 to fix all those, because it's the seller's obligation. We don't know yet what will happen, we have to wait for another 2 days before we get the result. If ever the seller won't shoulder the expenses to fix those necessary things that need fixing, we can back out and our deposit will be refunded, so in this case we have to start hunting again. Babe was hoping that the seller will understand, and he is willing to fix it. Again as I said only God knows, if we don't get the house, it is really fine for me in that case I won't lose my 25lbs rice, hehheeh.
At dinner at Rose Garden, Babe didn't order anything, he doesn't like Chinese food. Since I was eating fish for almost 2 weeks now, I was craving for Chinese food today. I ordered a Singaporean Noodles combination, and a Sauteed Vegetables. When the waitress brought my order, she thought for the 2 of us with my bana. She was shocked when Babe told her that everything was for me. She said that "how a tiny lady could eat that much?" Babe was smiling and said to her, "that's my wifey..... The waitress laughed!
I should bid a good night to you my friends, am just too full right now, I need to lay down...Night!

Di pa nako mapaari akong father kay di pa man ko citizen, basin sa sunod puhon kung itugot sa kahitas-an. Basin makauli ko this year kung naay ipalit ug ticket.
