MORNING STAR JOB

I applied at Morning Star Assisted Living in Applewood. I attended a group interview a week ago, there were 18 applicants and they would only choose 8. That was my first time, joining a group interview and I didn't like it. There were 4 interviewers and everytime they asked questions we had to answer their Qs by raising our hands. We do need to answer each Q inorder for them to know us if we were qualified for the job. I only answered 1 Q as my English is limited, I don't want to embarrass myself by answering questions, w/c I didn't understand the question at all. I rated myself zero, compared to the rest of the applicants, w/c they all answered all the Qs. I told myself silently that I didn't have a chance to be choosen, and I wanted to just walk out to the door and go home. After the interview they gave us a chance to look around the whole facility while they were busy deciding the 8 qualified applicants. The moments we finished touring around, they told us that the names they called will be staying. I am ready to go, but it's kind of rude to just slipped out the door, so I stayed and wait. Amazingly after the 5 applicants were called, the Director came to me, and asked how to pronounce my name. I couldn't believe that I was choosen despite of my poor experience and poor English. I was scheduled for a job preview, last Wednesday and I do like the job. Morning Star is a huge Assisted Living Facility, the job is so much easier than my first job. The problem is my driving, I think twice about it, and I have no confidence to drive that far after I had experienced last Tuesday driving in a nasty weather. That was really terrible, I did regret my stubborness for turning down my husband's offer to pick me up. I couldn't emagine if I accepted the job in Applewood driving on a snowy weather like I had experienced, it was really scary. So to cut the story short, I didn't accept the job. For the main time, I would just stay in my old job, until I can find a bigger Facility that closer to home.
My husband was asking me, why I am not satisfied with thejob I have now. I told him that working in a bigger facility has more advantages. I am just worried that the place I work now will be closed down since they only have 5 residents. What I want is a back up.
