Until now I can't stop thinking about those tickets were just go wasted. We didn't able to watch the game at the Pepsi Center last night due to the terrible weather yesterday. When Beth called and telling me that they might be going my husband and I were very excited. But after knowing the fact that we couldn't set together, Beth decided not to go. When I told my husband about this, he conclude of not going too. I was really disappointed because we spent 200 bucks to buy those tickets. I refused to talk with him, but I still prepared his dinner....(hmmmp what a good wife I am, hahah...just kidding) He apologised for not watching the game, and he explained to me that it is really dangerous to drive on that kind of weather, and Beth and her family were not going anyway, we can still watch the game on T.V. He has the point but for losing 200 bucks it's hard for me to accept. 15 minutes before the game started, Beth called and was telling me that they were on the way to Pepsi Center, as they thought we were there. I ended up laughing, and telling her that we were'nt there, my husband decided not to go. So the result, they were able to watch the actual game, while us ended up wacthing on T.V. We finished our conversation on the phone by telling each other this....(Beth was telling me this....Lain kaayo ka Dhay abi nako midayon mo, and me replying to her....Lain sad kaayo ka Dhay ingon ka dili mo mudayon....and her telling me this....Naglagot nako nimo Dhay oy....and me replying....Naglagot sad ko nimo oy...and we ended our phone conversation by laughing and say good bye's. Hopefully we can watch the game together next time as we were planning ahead. Going to the game with friends is very enjoyable, my husband and I like it. Hope we can watch the game together next time Beth! Enjoy talking with you for a while early this morning, lucky you! you've got an Avalanche T-shirt for watching the first time. Maybe we can hang out tomorrow, it's really a good idea to cancel our plan today, coz outside is freezing cold.
On the other hand, I apologised to my husband for acting mean to him last night. The AVS lost by one point in the 3 minutes left in the game, and I hate it, when they lost. But still I am kind of upset thinking about the money we spent for those tickets. With that amount it can help pay a couple of bills, like phone bill and water bill. What to do? I can't do anything!
