SATURDAY RECAP

We woke up late yesterday, and when I got up at 10. I washed up and went to the kitchen to prepare my bana's coffee and our brunch. At 12 I started working on our little business while my bana was busy looking for laptops online. Christmas is approaching, and we want to buy a lappy as a christmas gift for my step daughter. And my husband wants to buy also for my 2 nieces for their graduation gift. Since he couldn't find anything online, so we decided to go out and went to BestBuy. I saw this cutie Netbook, and wanted to buy for my nieces, but after knowing the facts that netbook has only limited access, my bana said it wasn't good at all. You can't download anything because there's no place for CDROM. We wasted our time at Bestbuy and I couldn't decide what kind of laptop I wanna get for my nieces. I only want to buy one for them to share. My bana said it wasn't a good idea, coz there will be a tendency that they might fight. I told him that I don't want to buy 2 laptops, if they couldn't share, then I am not gonna give it to them. My bana told me that, I am a mean Aunt. I explained to him that I don't want to pamper them, life in the U.S. isn't easy. Well if I have an abundant of money, I will surely buy two.

While walking and looking around at Bestbuy, my bana spotted a new model of bluray DVD player. He then said that he wants to get one, which I right away asked him this...FOR WHAT? One of the DVD players he bought recently he didn't even use it, he told me that he want to send it to the Philippines for my family. I strongly disagreed with him, from buying a bluray. We already have one, and it is a waste of money to buy another one.

Since we were both hungry, we went to OutBack to grab some bite. We are both on a diet now, because we noticed that we keep gaining weight. He ordered an 11 ounce steak and a lobster, with 2 sides, and we shared. Amazingly we didn't even finish the steak, I still brought back home some. And that way, we did save a lot for our meal, he laughed and told me, that how lucky he is to have married a very stingy filipina.

After dinner, we headed to office depot to buy my stuff that I needed for my exam this coming week. He keep asking me if he could buy the Bluray player, my replied was can we just think about it ? coz I don't think if we need it. He said ok, eventhough he was still telling me that he wants to buy one soon. I never said anything, because I know he loves electronics.

As for today, we might just stay at home, because the weather is kind of crappy. We suppose to do some grocery shopping, but I think we couldn't do it with this kind of weather. I badly need to study for my board exam. I haven't started flipping up the pages of my books, I kind of lazy. Am sure with my laziness, I will surely fail for the exam. Only God knows and I entrust everything to him. Gotta go now, I have to do some laundry.
