A basket full of goodies given by our realtor
Today marks my 2 years in the U.S. and the same day we had the house closed at 4:00 P.M. it's kind of a memorable date for me. After for quite some time of waiting, and feeling very stressful, finally it paids off because we really got it. I can't thank God enough for granting our wish to buy a house this year. My bana thought that he couldn't own a house again after losing his second house from his divorced.
After signing a lot of documents, and the closing person Congratulated us both that we finally own the house, I was relieved. Our realtor then handed us a basket full of goodies as a gift, he is such a very nice guy. After everything done at the closing place, we then went to the house to pick up the keys and check it out a little bit. Tomorrow will be a huge work for us with my bana, luckily he managed to take some off from work, at least a week hopefully everything will be settled by then.
The house we bought is just an average size, that's all we can afford, we are both happy with my bana even though it's not a brand new house, at least we can call it ours. Again thanks God so much for everything!
