Last friday October 17, we were having a b-day celebration for one of my friends, held at our bahay kubo. It turned out to be a real surprised for the celebrant, because she was teary eyed after she saw the b-day cake that her husband bought for her. It was a last minute planned actually, coz at first I was just planning to have a gathering with my friends, since my habebe likes when my friends will visit me. I was thinking what to prepare, until I thought about Lizel is a good cook. Habebe told me it wasn't right to invite her and ask her to cook, coz she is one of the guests. I said to him, I have no choice coz my cooking is terrible and I don't want to get embarrassed. He said, up to me, if Lizel will agree!!! After a few days since hubby and I were talking about the plan, I remembered about Lizel's b-day, so I told him about it. He said maybe it's good to have a b-day party for her then, thanks to the celebrant's husband for agreeing the planned. I told Lizel that we gonna throw a b-day party for our dog Kyra, and I didn't know that she believed what I've said, and told our friends, what I've told her. When I called our friends one by one and told them the truth, they had the same statement, they all thought that it was our dog's b-day. I couldn't imagine if I didn't tell them the truth, they might buy a dog gifts for Lizel, she would have lots of dog's presents to bring home that night, LOL..........

I am very very grateful to all of our friends who were able to come that night, w/o your support, the party wouldn't be a successed one. Thanks also to those friends of ours who called and didn't make it to come, see you then on the next party.

And I want to apologise to the celebrant for letting her cook and helping me cleaned up the mess. I knew it wasn't right habebe told me, he felt sorry about it. Anyway, to conclude we all had so much fun that night, eating the delicious food that Lizel cooked.

Note: Lizel's actual birth date is on the 22nd of this month.....Advance Happy Birthday!!!!!
