As usual my husband doesn't change. Even how late it was from our 1st wedding anniversary date, he still gave me an anniversary card. I didn't expect that he would give me a card, since our anniversary was already a week over. He apologised for the delayed, I understand as he is so busy at work, and busy preparing for our anniversary celebration more than a week ago. I like his romantic ways, and I always thank God for being the way he is. He asked me what gift I want for our anniversary, as he couldn't think of anything to give me. I said, all I want was his continues love and care, and nothing else. I admitted to him, that material things wouldn't make me happy. It is more than enough, that he helps my family back home financially. I told him, he didn't make me go hungry, he buys me things more than I needed them, and for helping my family is a huge thing, w/c is not suppose his responsibility, and to thank him for all of these is not enough. He said he felt guilty if he didn't give me something, because it was our special occasion. One thing he doesn't like about me is my frugality attitude, he said I didn't change since the first time he met me in HK. To look back when he visited me in HK, I took him to a Cafeteria called "Cafe de Coral", where the food was cheap. He was asking me about romantic restaurants in HK since I knew HK very well, but instead, I took him to a cafeteria, a very conjested place and you have to queue for your order and take your own order, no waitresses or waiters to serve you. He asked me if I knew what a romantic restaurant meant? Even here, if we go out some place to eat, he won't ask me, because he knows what I'm gonna tell him. If not "FURR's then TEXAS ROAD HOUSE."
